The cone provides an elevated handheld concept with the standing-room convenience and rapid service that fans and attendees appreciate, while opening the door to virtually any culinary style.

We're a fixture at US Bank Stadium during Vikings games, a regular at local breweries and corporate cafeterias, and pop-up events throughout the greater Twin Cities. With our own burgeoning fan base, we'll continue to expand our impact and always broaden what we consider our community.
A waffle iron, a dream, and 27 scrapped recipes.
Inspiration for a savory-forward waffle cone struck Founder/Owner Roon Johnson while working in (you guessed it!) an ice cream parlor. The idea lingered through college, percolated while hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, and became a mission during countless hours on the road as a manufacturer's rep.
During the pandemic, Roon hit the lab (his one-bedroom apartment in Loring Park). Through the steam, flour and hot iron grease emerged a perfectly savory recipe for waffle cone batter.
In 2022, Roon left his career to refine his recipes and launch the business, all-in.
And the rest, as they say, is history...in the making.
